Fresh-Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 large orange
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Peel orange and place flesh in a blender. Add banana, pineapple, raspberries, and water.
- Blend on highest speed for 1–2 minutes or until smooth. If there are too many raspberry seeds, run the smoothie through a sieve.
Serve immediately.
